For Founders Ready to Scale Without the Stress

Hi, I’m Donna McCullagh, founder of FoundryHQ – the place where growth gets structure.

After years running McCullagh Digital, I noticed a pattern: brilliant founders were scaling fast… but behind the scenes, things were falling apart. Systems couldn’t keep up, operations were reactive, and the mental load was overwhelming.

So I built FoundryHQ – a collective that brings clarity, calm, and confidence to growing businesses.

I believe scaling doesn’t have to mean chaos.

At FoundryHQ, I blend operations, strategy and systems into one cohesive plan that actually works.

It’s how I help you scale smarter, with systems that stick – not constant stress.

Done Differently

Most agencies focus on creative output.

Most VAs handle the admin.

We sit in the sweet spot between, where strategy meets execution.

I’m your behind-the-scenes powerhouse, the partner who sees what’s really happening inside your business and helps it run better.

Whether you need an OBM in Ireland, a fractional COO, or simply someone to bring order to the moving parts – FoundryHQ is where you’ll find it.
